Quality control is outsourced. Directives are managed through Gelato, and are not the responsibility of the shop's owner. Products purchased through Which Search Led To This Hole are provided entirely through the on demand printing service of Gelato including packaging and delivery. As a print-on-demand store, all products are made to order by our fulfillment partner. We are not responsible for minor color variations inherent to the printing process. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

It is important that items arrive to you within the guidelines of Gelato's services, which differ from a personalized experience.
